What we collect
- Names and email addresses of the coaches, directors, and admins who use SquadSelect at your association.
- Your association's name.
- Player names and contact details — and a parent or guardian's, if provided — collected when your association imports or enters its roster.
- Evaluation data recorded during tryouts: scores, notes, and check-in status.
How we use it
To run your association's tryouts — check-in, scoring, rostering, and results communication — and to follow up with you about SquadSelect itself, like support requests or product updates.
We don't sell this data, and we don't share it with anyone outside your association.
How it's stored
Everything lives in Supabase (Postgres), encrypted, and isolated per association at the database level — one association can never see another's data.
